Sellers usually sale within the estimation provided and ultimately, the price of a vehicle is whatever price bring the seller and the buyer to an agreement. The market vary widely between countries, as for individuals, the value can differ greatly from one person to another. Therefore the price is what you are willing to offer.

Can I inspect a vehicle before purchasing it?
