More about
The 1990 Ferrari F40 is a two-door, two-seater supercar that was produced by the Italian automaker Ferrari from 1987 to 1992. The car was designed to celebrate Ferrari's 40th anniversary and is considered to be one of the most iconic and desirable Ferrari models of all time. The F40 is powered by a mid-mounted, 2936cc twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 471 horsepower and 425 lb-ft of torque, which is paired with a five-speed manual transmission. The car's lightweight and aerodynamic design, featuring a carbon fiber body and a low-slung front spoiler and rear wing, allows it to reach a top speed of 199 mph and achieve a 0-60 mph time of just 3.8 seconds. Inside, the F40 features a minimalist design with bucket seats, a racing-style steering wheel, and a basic gauge cluster. Despite its limited production run, the Ferrari F40 remains one of the most recognizable and sought-after sports cars in the world.
